Roofing Before & After in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Anyone can claim they do clean roofing work in Fort Lauderdale. Photos show what actually happened up there. The before-and-afters on this page come from real jobs our crews have handled, from straightforward repairs to full tear-offs. You’ll see the condition of the roof when we arrived, what we found once the old material came off, and how it looked when we packed up. That’s the kind of proof that matters more than any tagline.

Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement in Victoria Park
Before
AfterThe homeowner called after a leak near the master bedroom ceiling. The roof was a 22-year-old three-tab asphalt shingle system with granule loss you could see from the sidewalk and flashing that had pulled away at the chimney. We tore everything down to the decking, replaced two sheets of water-damaged plywood at the north slope, installed new underlayment and drip edge, and finished with architectural shingles. The finished roof sheds water cleanly, and the ridge cap lines up straight enough to make a roofer nod.
Tile Roof Repair in Rio Vista
Before
AfterAfter one of our South Florida afternoon storms, water was staining the ceiling of a second-floor bathroom. The culprit was a cluster of cracked concrete tiles near a valley, and once we lifted them, we found the underlayment below had torn. We replaced the broken tiles, patched the underlayment, and re-bedded the ridge line. The tile match isn’t perfect, which is normal on an older roof, but the repair is watertight and the repaired section blends from the ground.
Flat Roof Recover in Imperial Point
Before
AfterA flat roof over a 1960s addition was bubbling and cracking in the sun. Ponding water after rain had sat for days at the perimeter, which is common on older Fort Lauderdale flat roofs without proper taper. We inspected the deck, tightened fasteners, and installed a new self-adhered membrane with reinforced seams. The after photo shows an even, clean surface that drains instead of pooling.
Storm Damage Repair in Coral Ridge

Wind from a spring squall lifted a section of shingles along the eaves of a two-story home. The exposed area was letting rain drip into the soffit. We removed the damaged shingles, checked the underlayment for tears, and installed replacement shingles with proper nail placement. The roofline is whole again, and the repair carries our written guarantee.
Leak Repair at Drip Edge and Valley in Sailboat Bend

A small, persistent leak near the front door kept returning after other repairs. We traced it to the drip edge, which had been installed too close to the fascia and was wicking water back under the shingles at the valley. We pulled the first two courses, replaced the drip edge with a properly kicked-out profile, and re-flashed the valley. The leak has not returned, and the homeowner no longer keeps a bucket by the door during storms.

The common thread in every project above is simple: we told the homeowner the written price before any work started, did the job in the window we gave, and left with the guarantee in their hands.
